Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

BoxRide IT Services operates BoxRide Invoicing, an internal business automation system used for invoice processing, record management, and related communications. This policy explains how information is handled.

1. Information We Process

Our invoicing operations may process business names, contact information, invoice numbers, service descriptions, billing periods, amounts, payment status, and invoice-related communications.

2. Use of Google Services

BoxRide Invoicing integrates with Google Sheets and Gmail using OAuth 2.0 authorization granted by the Google account owner.

Google Sheets access is used to read and update invoice records. Gmail access is used to prepare and send invoice-related messages to their intended recipients.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is processed for invoice preparation, billing history, delivery of related communications, administrative recordkeeping, and troubleshooting. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. Storage and Retention

Invoice records may be stored in Google Sheets and operational information may be retained in systems used to run the automation.

Records are retained according to operational, accounting, and applicable legal requirements, and may be deleted when no longer needed.

5. Information Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers necessary to operate the invoicing workflow, intended invoice recipients, or authorities when legally required.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Security

We use access controls and secure connections where supported to protect business information. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Google Account Authorization

Google account owners can review or revoke access previously granted to BoxRide Invoicing through their Google Account settings.
